Keeping your catalog fresh (prices, stock, images, AI processing) is the fixed cost of the service. Serving each individual search, on the other hand, is cheap because we serve it from infrastructure close to the user. That's why pricing is set by product count: it's predictable for you and for us. Every plan includes a generous monthly search allowance; if you blow past it month after month, you move up a plan — no overage charges, no surprises on the invoice.

Why do you charge by products and not by searches?
Keeping your catalog up to date (every price, stock or image change reflected in the index) is the fixed cost of the service. Serving each search, on the other hand, is very cheap because we serve it from infrastructure close to the user. The catalog is something you know and control; the number of searches you'll get each month is not. Every plan comes with a generous monthly search allowance (100,000 on Pro, 500,000 on Business, 5 million on Enterprise). If you exceed it month after month, you move to the next plan — but you'll never get a surprise charge for each extra search.
Is the Free plan really free and permanent?
Yes. Up to 200 products across 5 languages, no credit card, no time limit. Built for demos, prototypes and micro-stores. If your catalog grows beyond 200 products, you move to Starter (€15/mo) — it's not a trial.
What happens if my catalog exceeds the plan limit?
We email you 14 days in advance when we spot sustained growth near the cap. If you go over, the search engine stops updating (it keeps working with the current catalog) until you upgrade the plan. No surprises on your invoice.
How are languages counted?
Every language we index your catalog in counts. If your PrestaShop has products translated to ES/EN/FR/PT/IT, that's 5 languages. Free and Starter include up to 5; Pro and above are unlimited.
Is there a search limit?
Yes, but generous. The cap is anti-abuse, not monetization: Pro has 100,000 searches/mo, Business 500,000, Enterprise 5M. If your store grows past the cap, we talk to you before cutting anything off.
Is there a penalty if I cancel?
None. No lock-in, no clauses. You delete your account and we stop charging the next billing period.
Do you accept annual billing with a discount?

Is VAT included?
Prices shown exclude VAT. We invoice with Spanish VAT (21%) if you're a consumer in Spain, or reverse charge if you have a valid intra-EU VAT-ID.
