These terms govern the use of the findalo.io website and the Findalo search engine service for online stores offered by the provider identified above (hereinafter, "Findalo" or "the Service").
2. CSV demo
Users may upload a CSV file with their catalogue to try out the search engine without prior registration. The demo:
- Only accepts plain-text UTF-8 CSV files up to 10 MB.
- Expires automatically after 24 hours and the data is deleted.
- Is subject to a limit of 5 demos per hour per IP address to prevent abuse.

For professional customers (B2B), Findalo is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit arising from use of the service, and maximum liability is limited to the amounts actually invoiced and collected in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it (€50 in the case of the Free plan). These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to damages that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in the above limits the rights granted to you by consumer law. The full regime is set out in clause 13 of the Service Agreement.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For professional customers (B2B), the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain). If you are a consumer, jurisdiction lies with the courts of your place of domicile, and you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
